Rapper Joe Budden Surrenders to Police, Plans to Hit Strip Club

Joe Budden is being accused of beating up his girlfriend but it doesn't deter his plans to hit the strip club. While on his way to surrender to police, Budden brags he'll be out in time to hit the strip club.  

New York City police went public about wanting to arrest Budden when they posted a wanted photo last week. The Shady Records emcee returned the favor by tweeting from lock up.

Reports say that Joey was eating with his special lady in a restaurant when he saw pictures in her phone. The images were of her and other guys which sent him into a rage. He strong armed her into the car and drove her home to beat her up.

Police are still investigating the alleged domestic altercation.  Is Joey being too reckless?
