The number one rebel in hip hop award goes to Lupe Fiasco.  It doesn't matter if he's fighting politicians, music industry standards, or his own personal issues, Lupe continues the fight.  In his latest song 'Missions,' the Chicago emcee punches cancer in the mouth.

The 'Kick Push' rapper is gearing up to release a new album, 'Tetsuo and Youth,' and his new song 'Mission' is the first single off the anticipated release.

The new song opens up with cancer survivors narrating their personal victories with such noticeable names like Charlie Wilson who beat prostate cancer.  Lupe raps on the song from a female breast cancer survivor perspective singing,

"Breast cancer can't hold me back / That's the answer when they told me that."

Lupe has become one of the celebrity ambassadors for 'Stand Up to Cancer.'  SU2C aims to accelerate cancer research through funding.
