Former NBA player Renaldo Balkman is feeling the pressure of playing in the PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) and it became clear after he choked his teammate, Arwind Santos during a game.

Balkman thought he was fouled near the end of the game, and broke the cardinal rule of sports by pushing a referee.  When things became a little more heated, his teammates started to try and restrain him.  Renaldo didn't like their efforts as he shoved them away too.  The whole thing escalated to the point that Balkman eventually snapped and grabbed Santos by the neck, and started to choke him.

I don't know if Balkman was trying to play his way back into the NBA, or just trying to pay some bills by playing in the PBA, but now it looks like he will be competing for time at the YMCA.
