Downtown Flint will be full of community pride on Saturday as the annual 'Stop The Silence' 3 on 3 tournament returns to the flat lot.

The 4th annual 'Stop The Silence' tournament is a chance for kids in Flint to see the police department in a different light.  The efforts are to reinforce community policing, and to help squash the "them versus us" attitude.

The best part about the tournament is that it's absolutely free to register.  You can get signed up at their website, or register on site Saturday morning.  Registration begins at 8am, and games will start at 10am.

Constant updates are being posted to the 'Stop The Silence' Facebook page as well if you need more information.
