According to a new poll, Detroit was voted Americas least popular city with only 22% of people seeing the 'Motor City' in a positive light.
The most popular city was Seattle with Portland coming in at a close second.
I personally couldn't disagree with the polls findings more, and I'll tell you the main reason why.

Meet Allan Hill, the Detroit man who lives in the abandoned Packard Auto Plant. Hill has power, Internet access, a welding setup, and a small kitchen. He even maintains a webcam. The owner apparently gave him his blessing so long as Hill works as a custodian of the property.

Police in Michigan are looking for a man who has a thing for pantyhose, and has been involved in ten indecent exposure crimes throughout Detroit.
A security camera caught an image of the man as he walked into a salon wearing very tight legwear. It turned out he was wearing women's sheer pantyhose, bluish in color, with nothing else underneath. He was also wearing slippers on his feet and a baseball cap turned backwards.

One expert said, "It's a way to encourage young people that it's okay to smoke marijuana. In fact"... some are "flavored -- watermelon, green apple, grape -- to encourage drug usage among young people".

Fox 2 Detroit Workers Caught Smoking & Drinking On Break [Video]

Fox 2 did an investigation on workers at a factory in Detroit that makes airliner roofs and military vehicle parts were caught drinking and smoking weed during their breaks. They caught 17 workers on video walking to a nearby grocery where they downed beer and smoked marijuana. They then headed back to work.
The company suspended the workers and said it has to go through the proper procedures with the labor union before the employees can be fired.

The City of Detroit is being slapped with a lawsuit by a Livonia man who was punched by Detroit Police officers in the MGM Grand Detroit Casino.
Patrick Poisson is the man being punched in the video after an incident where he allegedly touched a waitress inappropriately on July 30.
After Poisson refused to leave, casino officials called for the help from the Detroit Police officers on scene. It was during the walk out of the casino that the punches were thrown.
