Justin Bieber is being accused of "misdemeanor battery" by a photographer who claims he was attacked when Justin refused to be photographed on his date with Selena Gomez.

Cops were called to the scene after Justin "lost his cool", but he had already left when they showed up. The photographer complained of pain to his chest. He told police he had tried to snap pictures of Justin and Selena after they walked out of a movie theater in Calabasas.

So 50 Cent is doing much rapping these days, he's promoting his new energy drink by teaming up with boxer Floyd Mayweather to film their own mini version of "The Hangover". I wonder if he'll get in trouble for copyright, because this is a straight rip off!

The clip even includes a cameo from one of the movie’s stars, Mike Tyson.

Mike Tyson did not plan on breaking Steve-O's nose at Charlie Sheen's roast, I'm guessing that he didn't even plan on touching Steve-O.

That did not stop the 'Jackass' star from running full speed at the former heavy weight champ, leading with his schnozz.

What happened next was as about as predictable as all of the jokes at the roast of Charlie Sheen.

In a couple of new promotional spots for his September 19 Comedy Central Roast, Charlie Sheen is cast as the conductor of the Roast Express, a crazy train loaded with silicon-injected goddesses and visualizations of some of Sheen’s notorious catch phrases (“winning,” anyone?).

Another oddity of the Sheen roast is the fact that Mike Tyson will be the Roastmaster.

The train makes stops in Goddess Harbor and Tiger Valley, but when one babe asks if Normalville is on the route, Sheen quips that “we left there a long time ago.”
