The Easter Bunny Shoplifter Due In Court The Day After Easter [Video]

A shoplifter was arrested at an Ohio retirement home as he finished his shift entertaining the residents-- dressed as the Easter Bunny. He's accused of stealing over $1,600 worth of DVDs and movies from a  local Sam's Club.

Police got a tip that the 27-year-old man was working as the Easter Bunny the retirement center. When officers showed up, he had just finished spreading his holiday cheer and had already taken off the costume.

His next court date is the day after Easter.
