The tragic killing of Trayvon Martin happened almost a month ago, and without a clear resolution, the controversy keeps growing.

The 'Million Hoodie March' was organized to help remember Trayvon, and point out the injustice that some feel is being overlooked.

On Wednesday night hundreds of people marched through Times Square, in an occupy style protest.

While the family still deals with the grief of losing a son, the nation is rallying around Trayvon's memory.
