Ken Bone's 15 minutes of fame might be coming to an end, but I honestly believe if more Americans thought like him we would be in a better place.

Ken Bone asked one question during the second presidential debate and achieved instant fame. His Izod red sweater got him trending on twitter and featured on many tv shows and radio stations.

Fast forward a couple weeks later and Bone's fame is starting to fade away. The internet is a strange thing. One minute you're a huge story on every website, and next thing you know you're just another internet meme that is dead and gone.

What I do appreciate about Bone is he is doing his part as an American to encourage people to vote. Every Facebook feed right now is filled with Clinton supporters slamming Trump supporters, Trump supporters slamming Crooked Hillary lovers, and in my case friends that hate both candidates and are sick of the two-party system. Using the excuse "I don't like either candidate so I'm not going to vote." is a terrible excuses considering they're are third party options. They might not win the election, but your vote matters and might impact a change that is much needed in this country when it comes to the "lesser of two evils" choices we currently have.

Regardless if you're for Trump, Hillary, Johnson, Stine, or maybe even #KenBone2016, get out there and let your voice be heard. It does matter.
