News outlets are now reporting that Donald Trump has won in the state of Michigan by over 13,000 votes. After what was an absolute nail-biting election day, the official ruling that Donald Trump had won the state of Michigan was announced around 12pm on Wednesday.

Michigan was a key state needed to win the presidential election, and it came down to the wire. Officially winning Michigan puts Trump at 279 electoral votes to Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's 228.
