Usher Breaks Down In Court, Testifies That Tameka Spit On His Girlfriend [Video]

Usher testified against his ex-wife in court yesterday and claimed Tameka Foster flew into a jealous rage, hit him, threw food, and worst of all spit on his girlfriend.

Things got even more interesting when Usher broke down on the stand and started crying after accusations of drug abuse flew out.

Usher was on the stand in his child custody trial with his ex. He talked about how Tameka once went ballistic and "wanted to fight" when he showed up at her house with his new woman.

Usher said, "She said, 'I'm gonna kick your ass. Bitch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?' She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her."

Usher claimed he had to get out of the car and block Tameka, who then hit him. Usher asked Tameka to calm down, but she threw a plate of food at the car.

Later, Usher broke down in tears after his ex-wife's attorney insinuated he cares more about partying than he does about his children.  During questioning, Tameka's lawyer showed photos of Usher partying in Europe in February.

Tameka's lawyer was trying to prove he'd rather go wild at a nightclub than be a good dad.
Usher was also grilled about his alleged drug use. He admitted to smoking pot in the past, but when the subject turned to his alleged ecstasy use Usher's lawyer objected.

Usher insisted he never used drugs in front of the children, but hedged on the subject of seeing his children while under the influence.  The trial will continue today.
