10 Year Old Charged With Assault After Playing Dodgeball [Video]

A 10yr has been charged with aggravated assault after hitting another student in the face with a dodgeball. This is crazy.

Now your thinking " Back in my day we weren't that soft" and you'd be right. Even growing up in my neighborhood we played rough, real rough. But that gave me qualities as a man that I'm proud to have today. But now we've gotta factor in that this kid has a rare disease that leaves him more vulnerable to head injuries.

Well, don't you think we shouldn't have allowed the kid to play dodgeball in the first place? That's common sense. Another thing that has me thrown off is how did no one know about this kids condition? All in all, I think this just needs to be dropped. kids will be kids, no need to bring the legal system into it.
