Williams Syndrome is a rare neurodevelopemental  disorder that affects 1 in 7,500 to 1 in 20,000 births. Although since birth this 5-year-old has suffered from this disorder, it didn't stop him from going on a dream flight in a helicopter. His older brother did something for this child that he will remember for the rest of his life, and that's what really matters.
