The man has struggled with his weight since the age of four. He has also been hospitalized twice. He has diabetes and is beyond helping himself.

He has sores all over his body and can't stand for more than a few minutes. He's on disability and thinks he has depression. To save money and feed his food addiction, he usually eats fast food.

In the 24 hours after he posted his video, Gibbs had 200,000 hits. He also got calls from news stations around the world.
