Bank Accidently Deposits $63,900 Into A Mans Account And Charge Him With A Felony

A 22 year old man named Joseph checked his bank account one day found $63,900 dollars in it! So now that the man has spent the majority of the money (Duh) they are now charging him with felony Charges.
