Chris Brown Spends Over $350,000 on New Bulletproof SUV
Bulletproof whips are nothing new in hip-hop, but there's a chance Chris Brown has just taken things to the next level. On Thursday (July 5), the folks at TMZ reported that Brown spent more than $350,000 on a decked out SUV they compare to the Batmobile from Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy.
The car, which is called a Rezvani Tank, is apparently able to withstand multiple rounds from automatic weapons. Besides being bulletproof, Breezy's new whip can deploy smoke for a smoke screen and defensive metal spike tips. It also includes electric doors that can electrocute any would-be robbers trying to make their way into the car of the Virginia-bred singer. As if that weren't enough, the whip also comes equipped with night vision. Needless to say, the car definitely lives up to its name.
As we mentioned before, it isn't all that out of the ordinary for entertainers in the hip-hop world to cop bulletproof vehicles. Back in the 2000s, 50 Cent famously cruised around in bulletproof SUVs. Last year, Young Dolph was able to survive being shot at because his SUV was made with bulletproof metal. A little while later, he dropped off a project by the name of Bulletproof.
