Colorado Wildfires Hit Close to Home

The wildfires of Colorado right now are a depressing sight to see, even more so when you have friends that reside in the ares.

I absolutely love Colorado, I have been there a few times visiting friends; friends that are now caught in the middle of this natural disaster.

I have been to this region of the “Waldo Canyon” fire near Colorado Springs a few times visiting friends — I’m pretty familiar with this whole area. I have friends that live about 15 minutes north-west of the fire who were evacuated a few days ago; I found out last night that my friends who live in Colorado Springs are being evacuated shortly.
