DNR: Genesee Valley “Very High” Risk of Fires; Be Careful With Fireworks
I mean, it IS going to be almost 100 degrees today and we haven't had rain in a hot minute.
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has issued a "very high" fire danger for the Flint area. If you're going to be blowing off fireworks this weekend, make sure that you do it in a SAFE PLACE (fireworks are not allowed in any city parks) and have water on hand to put out any stray embers.
