The fabled Drake Curse is really more of a joke than anything else, and it turns out that Drake himself has no problem laughing at it along with everyone else.

Yahoo! Sports reports that Drake briefly addressed the media after the Raptors dominated the Orlando Magic 115-96 during Game 5 of the NBA's 2019 Eastern Conference quarterfinals on Tuesday night (April 23). "You want me to talk about the curse or you guys good?" Drizzy reportedly told sports journalist Josh Lewenberg.

The Drake curse is one that has jokingly been speculated to have affected the outcomes of games in the NFLUFC and even professional tennis matches (See Serena Williams). There's obviously no scientific proof that Drizzy impacted any of those games, but it is fun to think about—and it's great that Drizzy can laugh at himself.

Drake's comments come a week after one Italian soccer team banned their players from taking pictures with the 6ix God. Paris Saint-Germain player Layvin Kurzawa posted a flick with Drizzy just days before losing to the Toronto Maple Leafs. After PSG got hit with the curse, an Italian soccer club decided to protect themselves by banning their players from taking photos with the Canadian rapper until the end of the season.

"All Roma players banned from taking photos with Drake until the end of the season," AS Roma's statement about the situation said.
