Flint Is Electrified With News Of Tesla Supplier Bringing Jobs To Flint

The feeling in Flint is electric with the news that a Tesla supplier will be bringing nearly 400 jobs to the area.

The company makes plastic molding pieces for the interior of current Tesla models.  C3 Ventures is an Eco-friendly company that plans on investing nearly $10 Million into Flint, creating roughly 380 jobs.

Mlive reports that the company will actually do something very resourceful with an unintended negative side effect of the Flint Water Crisis.

We're actually going to recycle Flint's water bottles, which are accumulating at a mammoth rate right now, into different car parts

This is great news for Flint, not only because of the jobs, but because of the plan to use the water bottles.  This is the true definition of a vision.  Most people would look at an area for it's natural resources, but C3 saw the upside of an unnatural resource that would otherwise be a major problem.
