We have all done it but never pulled over for it. A Georgia man was given a ticket for eating a cheeseburger while driving. I can't make this up.

Madison Turner was pulled over in Atlanta shortly after driving off from McDonald's. As you would imagine he started eating his double cheeseburger before making it to his destination.

The police officer pulled Turner over and told him he watched him eat the burger while driving for a distance of two miles. He wrote the ticket for distracted driving.

Turner is due in court on February 3rd to try and fight the ticket. I think the police officer could have given the guy a warning. If his driving was suspect due to eating, I feel like the police did his job. Do you think cops should ticket people for eating while driving?
