Ghostbuster Busts Back Flip Off Cop Car and Gets Arrested [Video]

Nothing is better than seeing what kind of people get arrested after Halloween.  This time, a dude in a Ghostbuster costume climbs a cop car, and does a back flip off of it, right in front of police.  They were not amused.

I get why the kid who did the flip was arrested, and I get why the cops were pissed.  What I don't get is why they threatened to arrest the dude filming.  How can it be illegal to film police?  That's ridiculous.
