Glow In The Dark Rims? [Video]

A new style of rims has hit the streets and no they don't spin, They GLOW! Thank god! Spinners have been played out for a while now. Now we have something else to over abuse  and play out in like 3 months.

Just wait and see the whole block is gonna be lit up with these rims. Even though I'm not 100% sure they're legal here in MI. Hmmm Oh well who cares go get some!!!
