Cars Impounded Due To Big Rims! [Video]

Watch as drivers in Cincinnati are being pulled over because of their rims!

This is the most ridiculous bull crap I've seen in a very long time. I don't want to make this seem like this is some racism (Which I totally think it is), but c'mon if it looks like a dog, smells like a dog... it's a dog! Especially for two reasons. 1. They are impounding the cars and searching them thoroughly 2. They put probably their only black female cop on the video to make it NOT look racist.
