Hip Hop Fan Suing BET Over Award Show Injury, Asking For $5 Million

A head scratching moment has shown up with a hip hop fan suing BET over an award show injury and asking for $5 million.  I am not sure if the fan will be award the money but you be the judge. 

At the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards Frank Haward Taylor Jr. accidentally stepped on a screw which caused severe pain.  The painful puncture wound led him to fall on his shoulder causing another injury.  Taylor said he experienced pain, humiliation, and phobia due to the incident.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Taylor Jr. is asking for $5 million from BET Network and the City of Atlanta.
