Irresponsible New York Couple Charged After Toddler Calls 911 15 Times

An irresponsible New York couple has been charged after their toddler called 911 15 times within the past month.  I'm not sure how parents are not able to stop their toddler from getting to their cellphones but stranger things have happen. 

According to ABC12, a Lowville couple, 23 year old mom and 33 year old boyfriend, could not stop the two year old toddler from getting to their cellphones.  The uber intrigued toddler called the police dispatch 14 times in January and on Wednesday night called again.

The police charged the couple with obstruction of governmental administration.  The couple claim they tried everything to prevent the excessive mistake but the police wasn't buying it.
