Michigan Mansion To Become Setting For Real-Life Clue Game

Calling all board game fans, especially those who love the classic game Clue.

If you have always wanted to actually be Colonel Mustard, Mrs. White, Professor Plum, Mrs. Peacock, or Miss Scarlet, this is your chance.

Okay, you don't have to dress up as any of the board game characters, but you can play Clue Live and attempt to solve a mystery at the Hackley and Hume Historic Site in Muskegon.

According to MLive, teams of four will work together to determine who the guilty party is, which room the crime took place in, and which weapon was used. Just like in the board game, you will have to put the clues together, use your detective skills, and see if your team can crack the case first to win.

When is Clue Live in Muskegon?

Clue Live runs for two days,

• Friday, September 11th, 2026
• Saturday, September 12th, 2026

Each day features two sessions. The first session is from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the second session is from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Chances are this event will sell out quickly, since only five teams of four people will be accommodated during each session. With such a limited number of spots available, you will want to get your team together and reserve your spot before they’re all gone.
