An Update on Popular Retailer’s Move to New Location in Flint, MI

We first reported on one of the Flint, MI's favorite retail stores pending move back in October.

While Five Below is not moving in the next week or so, it will be early in the new year.

Is something new going in on Linden Road in Flint?

Drivers along Linden Road have noticed construction happening in the strip mall near TJ Maxx. This is the same area you'll find Buffalo Wild Wings.

Technically, it's called Oak Brook Square, but we're not sure many people know the strip mall by that name -- even folks that have grown up in the area.

Most of us refer to it as "that place across from the Valley."

Oak Brook Square will be home to Five Below.

Five Below is moving from its longtime home on Miller Road to Linden Road according to Flint Township's Economic Enhancement Director, Tracey Tucker.

They've made significant progress on their new space. It looks like they're ready to install shelving and other display cases, etc.

There's a giant "now hiring" sign by the road, too.

Another new Five Below coming soon.

Another location will be opening in Genesee County in 2024, too.

The new Grand Blanc Marketplace is taking shape along Saginaw Road at Holly Road. Five Below is taking some of the renovated space in the former buildings, there.
