Flint Area Can Now Experience a Cute New Winery and Hard Cider Room

Last year a new orchard opened in the Flint Area, actually Mundy Township, off Reid Road between Grand Blanc and Hill Roads.

It's the section of Reid Road off Torrey... since Reid Road jogs no less than 122 times in Genesee County (haha).

Damouni Farms Apple Orchard in Flint is Growing

Nestled off a country-feeling dirt road in Mundy Township, you'll find Damouni Farms sprawling orchard.

Of course, you can find numerous varieties of apples to pick on your own or grab a bag to go for convenience.

When stopping at an orchard, most people associate the experience with all things fall... fresh cider, hayrides, mums and donuts.

Now, you might want to consider an extra visit where you leave the kids at home.

"The Coop" is Now Open at Damouni Farms

The Coop is a cute barn-like building on the orchard property where you can taste hard ciders and wine.

Fresh hard cider and wine? Yum.

The Coop Hours of Operation

If you'd like to sample the delicious apple wines, the tasting room is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 noon until 6pm.

If the weather is nice enough, they have a beautiful patio overlooking the orchard, too.
