Moore no longer lives in the home and it's currently not on the market. It sold for about $4.3 million a few years ago and Zillow estimates that its current value is about $6.1 million.
This sprawling home sits on almost four acres of land right on Torch Lake, with about three hundred feet of lakefrontage. The home is located at 222 S. East Torch Lake Drive in Central Lake, about halfway between Traverse City and Petoskey.
The Lavish Details
'Opulent' is one word that comes to mind when describing this home. It features seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and two powder rooms.
The property also includes a plush guest house. When you take a look at the pictures below, see if you agree: It looks to me like the kitchen in the guest house is nicer than the one in the main house. The bright blue and red cabinets in the main house's kitchen seem to detract from the overall warm, log cabin-like feel of this otherwise beautiful home.
