Kodak Black hasn't been seen by the public since May when he was arrested prior to the 2019 Rolling Loud Miami Festival and hit with federal firearms charges. On Sunday (July 7), a recent photo surfaced of the incarcerated rapper on social media.

The photo was shared via the rapper's Instagram page, and shows Kodak in a state-issued green outfit and cheesing for the camera. The photo is captioned, "The Streets Thin Na Cuz Everybody Gettin Hung .. Lawyers Sittin Back Suckin All A Nigga Funds."

Several of Lil Kodak's contemporaries commented on the post.

"Free a king," Lil Yachty posted.

"Lawyers snakes too 🙏🏾," Young Scooter added.

Kodak has been charged with two counts of making a false statement on governmental paperwork, which stems from the rapper allegedly buying a firearm illegally by falsifying info on a Firearms Transaction Record (Form 4473). Kodak has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Since his arrest, the "ZeZe" rhymer has also been linked to a shooting in his hometown of Pompano Beach, Fla.

Kodak has had his bond revoked despite putting up the money to be released and will have to sit behind bars until his trial date begins next month. If found guilty of the charges, Kodak faces 10 years in prison.
