It's official. Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V album is the No. 1 LP in the country, debuting atop the Billboard 200 after its first week out.

Weezy was able to move an impressive amount of units with 480,000 equivalent album sales earned from Sept. 28 - Oct. 4. That tally marks the third biggest seven-day stretch for an album in 2018. The 433 million on-demand audio streams accrued are good enough for the second biggest streaming week ever for an album. The charting marks Tune's fourth No. 1 album following Tha Carter III, I Am Not a Human Being and Tha Carter IV.

Coming in second this week is Logic who put up a fight with his YSIV album. He pushed 167,000 units with 122,000 of those coming from traditional album sales.

Kevin Gates' Luca Brasi 3 mixtape also made a big splash. The new project from the Baton Rouge, La. rapper peaks at the No. 4 spot with 78,000 units in the can.

There was really no doubt that Wayne would snatch the No. 1 spot. Fans have been waiting on C5 for nearly half a decade. Weezy came through with a hefty 23-song offering with guest appearances from XXXTentacion, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg and more, and production from Metro Boomin, Zaytoven, Mannie Fresh, Cool & Dre and others. The New Orleans rapper was recently honored with the I Am Hip Hop Award at the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards.
