Live Nation made a huge announcement stating that being Oct 4. concertgoers will be required to have a COVID-19 vaccine in order to attend their concert.

Live Nation is the biggest event coordinator/promoter in the game, and if they're saying you have to be vaccinated to attend one of their events you better believe everyone else will soon follow suit.

Concert promoter and venue operator Live Nation plans to require COVID-19 vaccines for its patrons “everywhere possible” beginning Oct. 4.

The move to mandate shots for concert-goers comes after the company initially said it would leave the decision whether to require inoculations up to individual artists.

I have a feeling with this new announcement concerts will definitely slow down. I agree that you should be vaccinated if you plan to go out into a huge crowd of strangers. That sounds gross even without COVID-19 being around. With massive gatherings, you run the risk of creating a super spreader event. Now with the Delta variant causing more damage than the original strain, it can be a bit scary out there, especially if you have a compromised immune system.
