Michigan Man Could Go to Jail Over Not Paying Child Support for Kid That is Not His

This is absolutely crazy and I can't believe this is happening. A Michigan man could end up in jail over not paying child support for a kid that is not his. I am upset over this one. 

Carnell Alexander is the man in the middle of a bizarre court fight for his life. The State of Michigan is ordering Alexander to pay over $30k in child support for a child that is not even his biologically. Either he pays or goes to jail.

Alexander was able to track down the woman for a paternity test which proved he was not the child's father. The misguided mother admitted she made the mistake on purpose just to receive welfare but the courts did not want to hear it.

Now the Carnell is fighting for his life. The Friend of the Court is still persisting that the Detroit man pay the debt. The unfortunate Michigan man is turning himself into the courts with his lawyer in hopes that the entire ordeal will be dropped.

I am extremely disappointed to in the court system. If we ever needed proof that the legal system is not fair to men or African Americans, here it is.
