Mother Let’s 10 Year Old Son Get Tattoo [Video]

A mom in Macon, GA is in some hot water for letting her 10-year-old son get a tattoo to honor his dead brother. It's illegal in the state for anyone under 18 to get inked, but she claims she didn't know that. He wanted a tattoo in memory of his 12-year-old brother who was killed by a teenage driver.

She's been charged with child cruelty. The tattoo artist was also arrested.
