New Floating Water Park Planned For Beach On Lake Michigan

A new proposal is coming close to being approved for a giant floating water park on the beach of Lake Michigan!

A German-based company called Wibit wants to invest more than $300,000 to bring the first of its kind water park to Whiting, IN right on Lake Michigan. The park is completely inflatable and will also include a walk-able course that has tunnels, slides, half pipes, trampolines, and more.

If approved the park will accommodate 120-140 people and will cost $10-$12 for an all day pass. The park is said to be open from June until August.
