Nicki, Rihanna and Bieber are all going to waive their royalty fees to appear on Universal Music's digital album to benefit Japan relief.

Rihanna tweeted about why the album would only be available digitally.

“Let's continue to keep the people of Japan in our prayers! We are all heartbroken for u,” .  “We are doing it only digitally because it is faster, and this will be a worldwide release. The plan is to have it available later this week,”

The album should be available to purchase later this week.
