The world is in a state of shock as a number of coordinated terrorist attacks happened throughout Paris tonight (Nov. 13). According to ABC News, over 100 people are dead in a series of assaults that included explosions, shootings and a hostage situation.

The highest death toll may be at the Le Bataclan theater where California rock band Eagles of Death Metal were performing. According to reports, Paris Deputy Mayor Klugman says more than 118 people died at Le Bataclan. Two terrorists were also killed after police raided the venue. A soccer stadium, where apparently one or two explosions occurred, and a Cambodian restaurant are also among the other locations that were targeted in the attacks.

The explosions took place near the Stade de France stadium, according to ABC News sources. Germany was playing against France in a soccer match at the time. President François Hollande was at the game at the time and was immediately evacuated.

Several rappers and singers went on Twitter to send their support for the people of Paris and condolences to the victims' families.

"Pray for people in Paris," tweeted G-Unit's Tony Yayo, while Kelly Rowland wrote, "My thoughts are with everyone in Paris. Absolutely terrifying to hear what is happening."
