A rare black rhino that was born on Christmas Eve at Potter Park Zoo in Lansing finally has a name. After a naming contest held by the zoo, he will officially be called Jaali -- that's pronounced "Jolly."

Zoo officials say there are only 54 black rhinos in zoos across the country and approximately 5,000 of the animals in the wild.

Potter Park Zoo officials say they raised about $11,000 through the naming contest. That money will be used for animal health programs.
