Rich the Kid and Kendrick Lamar delivered a sleek video for their collaborative song, “New Freezer.”

Directed by Dave Free (of the Little Homies) and Jack Begert, the clip features Rich the Kid driving a futuristic car and dancing with stacks of cash. Meanwhile, Kung Fu Kenny, dressed in Los Angeles Lakers (Kobe Bryant) gear, walks out of a Chinese food restaurant spitting his fiery bars while holding his takeout. There's also scenes of the rap tandem performing their lyrics at a pay phone (they are still around?).

On Lowe's Beats 1 show, Rich the Kid explained how he got Kendrick on the song. "I was in the studio recording, over at the Interscope Studios, and then my A&R Manny introduced me to Kendrick for the first time," he recalled (quotes via Genius). "Kendrick came in there, of course, it’s Kendrick Lamar, I’m like, ‘Damn, I’m in here with Kendrick, it’s just crazy.’ So he asked me to play some music for him, so I played two records that I had been recording off of my album."

Rich the Kid is putting the finishing touches on his upcoming project, which will feature rap cameos from Playboi Carti, Tory Lanez and Lil Wayne.
