The Muppets Help Jimmy Fallon Make A Proper Late Night Exit [Video]

The end of 'Late Night with Jimmy Fallon' is more about the beginning of 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon', but during his five years on Late Night Jimmy has proved himself worthy.

The Muppets joined Fallon again to help sing him into the transition, and it was an instant classic.

Fallon has managed to create many instant classics during his time hosting Late Night.  I have to admit that I was not a believer, even after some of his most genius moments.

I am ready now to face the fact that Fallon is going to be great on The Tonight Show, and will be great for a long time.
