Johnny Knoxville is dressed like an 86 year old grandfather who takes his 8 year old grandson who is very impressionable on a road trip.Johny Knoxville plays a character named 'Irving Zisman, as an old man Knoxville plays pranks on unsuspecting victims along with his 8 year old'grandson 'Billy who is played by Jackson Nicoll.

During their road trip the two encounter male strippers, mourners at a funeral home, beauty pageant contestants, customers in grocery stores,  and other everyday random people.
