Putting together the top 5 Doritos commercials is my way of saying goodbye to Arch West. Arch is the man who is credited with inventing Doritos, and is making sure that they remain with him forever. His family will sprinkle Doritos over his urn before it is covered. Nacho, Cool Ranch and regular flavors will be used, but no Cheeseburger! Arch didn't like the Cheeseburger flavor, and I think that all remaining bags of Cheeseburger Doritos should be tossed into a volcano . . . for Arch. Here are the top five Doritos commercials, thanks Mr. West.

    'The Sauna'

    'The Sauna' barely made the top five Doritos commercials list, but its the ending that snuck it in. I debated looking into finding an old commercial for the fifth spot, but the look of terror on the Doritos snatchers face said, "I should be on the list."

    'Casket Trick'

    This commercial sums up Doritos advertising in the last 10 years so good. A guy going to great lengths to get out of work, so he can sit and enjoy sports while eating Doritos. 'Casket Trick' earned the fourth spot on the top five Doritos commercials list though because of his friends reaction. Jumping up and claiming a miracle will get you out of just about any situation you might find yourself in.

    'Snack Attack Samurai'

    I'm honestly not that big of a fan of the 'Snack Attack Samurai'. So how did it land in the third spot on the top five Doritos commercials list you ask? Easy . . . the look on the guys face with a Dorito sticking out of his neck.

    'Finger Lick'

    "MMMMM CHEESE!" This commercial is so hilariously awkward that it had to be near the top of the five best Doritos commercials list. We all knew what was coming, it happened, and we still laughed. This could easily be number one if kids slapping adults weren't so damn funny.

    'House Rules'

    Look me in the eye and tell me that this is not the best Doritos commercial of all time. You can't do it can you? Never mind the fact that the guy looks just like DJ C-Nice, or how funny it is when he gets hit. The fact that both the kid and the guy keep a straight face is amazing. This is hands down the best Doritos commercials and might be one of the best commercials of all time.

The top five Doritos commercials really don't matter in the big scheme of things. What is most important is that a man cared enough about his chips to ask his family to bury them with him. Even bigger than that is the fact that he asked them not to include a flavor he didn't like! I salute you Arch West.
