Before blessing the masses with his new Astroworld album, Travis Scott put on a fiery performance at 2018 Lollapalooza, on Thursday (Aug. 2), that featured a shout out to the late XXXTentacion.

La Flame's closing performance was packed. He made sure to put on a memorable show. With his usual amped set, the Texas rapper ran through some of his biggest hits like "Butterfly Effect," "Antidote" and "Pick Up the Phone." He also took it back for his day-one fans with older cuts like "Upper Echelon." He performed his contribution to Miguel's "Sky Walker" to the delight of the crowd and even broke out at least one cut from his Astroworld album, giving the crowd the song, "5% Tint."

During a break in the action, he took out time to pay homage to XXXTentacion. "R.I.P. my nigga X," he told the crowd. The show featured another wild highlight as Travis allowed a man to propose to his girlfriend onstage. The lituation was real. Lollapalooza continues on until Sunday (Aug. 5).

Travis has been the talk of the town since dropping his Astroworld LP on Friday (Aug. 3). The new album features cameos from Drake, Frank Ocean, The Weeknd, Migos and many more and production from Hit-Boy, Sonny Digital, Wondagurl, Cardo, Boi-1da, Fki 1st, Tay Keith and others.
