Two Genesee County Beaches Closed Due To Bacteria
E Coli bacteria levels have forced the closure of two beaches in Genesee County, which is bad news considering we are in store for another hot weekend.
Kelly Lake in Burton and Clover Beach in Linden are the two beaches that will be closed until the bacteria levels are brought down.
The beaches will reopen as soon as the bacteria levels comply with state standards.
This weekend isn't expected to be as hot as last weekend, but temperatures should still be in the low to mid 80's. There are still plenty of other beaches in the area to enjoy during the last week of summer.
