When the Tupac hologram made it's debut appearance at Coachella this year is sparked a huge amount of buzz.  A hologram twitter account, talks of a tour and even more artists holograms were in the talks.  Personally, I was never a fan of the hologram idea and as weird as it sounds to say, Waka Flocka backs me up 100%.

In a recent interview with Vibe magazine, the Brick Squad leader felt the Tupac hologram was exploiting the death of the late rap icon. “I hated it,” he told the magazine. “That s— wack. I don’t think they should be doing that [because] they getting paid off a dead man’s body.”

“You don’t know what a dead man be wanting to do. You gotta let that man rest in peace,” he continues. “He’s a great.”

I don't think that it was a ploy by Dre or Snoop to get money, but maybe the finger should point at the person who developed the idea for Coachella.  Using this technology to bring back the dead will turn it into a gimmicky stunt rather than a heartfelt tribute for a late artist.
