Will Ferrell's best impression is of former President Bush (not counting Harry Caray since he no longer does it).  Thanks to Funny Or Die, we don't have to wait until he makes a cameo on Saturday Night Live to see it either.  Watch Will address a secret covert mission that he was responsible for.
