Daniel Hernandez (a.k.a. 6ix9ine) was denied bail after offering up his whole bank so he wouldn't be a flight risk, but the judge wasn't having it.

This kid has found himself in a ton of trouble. For one, the feds are trying to charge 6ix9ine with racketeering that could carry some serious time. 20 years to life if convicted, but that's nothing compared to what could have happened had he not been apprehended when he was.

Originally we thought 6ix9ine was just picked up so the feds could throw the book at him, but that's just the surface. The FBI came to 6ix9ine earlier in the week to warn him about a potential threat on his life, which according to the feds, was a serious threat. After 6ix9ine fired his whole squad apparently that left a sour taste in his former colleague's mouth, who then planned to set him up in retaliation. The feds had info via wiretaps and intervened just in time.

The case is still ongoing and we'll keep you updated as details come out.
