A Detroit man embodies the heart of Michigan residents. On weekdays he walks 21 miles to work and back home and he's being rewarded for his humble heart. He only makes $10.55 an hour but he's driven.

James Robertson, 56 years old,  is the humbled and determine man who has received over $100k in donations to purchase a car, car insurance, and money management classes. The Detroit Free Press put his story on the front page of the paper. The story sparked a Wayne State University student to launch a GoFundMe account.

Buzzfeed shared the story and it went viral which opened the floodgates of donations. As of now, he has received over $100k. He has made this commute for years. What excuse do we have now?
