Even though Detroit is a city that statistically is on the rise financially, a recent WalletHub article points to the Motor City as the worst city for a real estate agent to work in.

Internet articles that  are shared on Facebook or other social media sites should be taken very lightly. I mean do we really believe that the state of Michigan would ban certain acts in the bedroom? ...Now that I think about it I could totally see that happening.

Anyway, we all have that one friend that shares false articles on Facebook. Before even clicking and finding out the sources of these radical statements that "one friend" automatically posts something crazy and totally not believable.

Now before you say "Why are you spewing about fake Facebook articles?" let me make my point. Some people are going to read this article and say "Well there's no proof!" but WalletHub honestly did detailed job with the statistics that made Detroit #1.

Here's what Detroit ranked #'s wise...

  • 61st - Annual Median Wage for Real-Estate Agents
  • 37th - Employment Attractiveness
  • 126th - Home Turnover Rate
  • 146h - Housing-Market Health Index
  • 110th - Days on Market
  • 31st - Real-Estate Employment Growth
  • 150th - Median Home Price

Now although Detroit ranked 150th place out of 150, Grand Rapids, MI ranked in the Top 15 best places to sell real estate at #11. Check out the entire article from WalletHub by clicking here.
